I’m a mama & outdoorsy free spirit who has way too much backpacking gear and loves to get lost in a fantasy drama.

Over the years, major life changes (such as having 2 kiddos, a pandemic, etc) shifted my ability to prioritize myself.

Some of the habits I picked up weren’t working to support my long-term health anymore.

I was ready to FEEL like myself again… rather I was ready to become the next version of myself.

Today, my health practices help me feel strong, manage my energy, and take on new adventures - including raising a family and spending more time backcountry.
